Individual school or whole cluster support
Due to the success of a recent pilot project with several school clusters the service is expanding to schools citywide with initial packages of support subsidised by Inclusion Services.

Holistic approach
The Targeted Family Support (TFS) service has established working relationships with a range of support agencies. This facilitates an holistic approach to meeting the needs of families.

Family casework
Family casework for young people and their parents / carers providing short-term intervention and / or group work programmes dependent on the needs of each school and / or cluster.  TFS adopts a brief solution focused approach that builds on the strengths and expertise of families.

All information is managed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Caldicott principles.
