This event launches a scheme to support
Birmingham schools engaging with the new DfES
framework for sustainable schools. It
is open to all Birmingham schools, and will be of
particular relevance to headteachers, and those
taking a leading role within their school.

It launches BASIC 21, a certification scheme for
schools

It offers up-to-date guidance, including a briefing
on the DfES framework from Dr Jake Reynolds, who has
taken a leading role in its development.

It highlights the work of a range of supporting
organisations.
