policy guidelines
All aspects of STEP Training and Development
service and delivery are governed by a range of
policy guidelines intended to enhance the
experience of all involved: delegates, presenters,
consultants, course designers and administrative
staff.
The guidelines presented in this section, drawn
from policies approved by the City Council, help
to ensure the high standards expected of our
courses and play an important part in promoting
equality of opportunity, eliminating
discrimination and valuing diversity.
