The STEP training team offer a comprehensive training and development service to schools for support staff.
This includes generic personal skills programmes and courses to meet the requirements of Government initiatives such as the development of classroom based support staff.
We also offer a consultancy and customised training service for specific services and individual schools or groups of schools on areas such as whole school training needs analysis and development plans, or any area relating to the development of support staff including advice on career paths and appropriate qualifications.
