Sometimes, due to insufficient bookings, a course has to be cancelled or postponed.  We aim to notify applicants at least five working days beforehand, with an option to remain on the waiting list, whenever practical.

If a special course for a specific group has had to be cancelled and has not been rearranged within 3 months then the full charge for the course will have to be paid.

If courses are funded in full by STEP, late cancellation for non attendance will incur a charge of £65 towards the costs.

NB There will be a cancellation charge for places cancelled less than two weeks before a course takes place.  All cancellations to be in writing giving reason for non-attendance.
