Citistaff supplies high quality temporary workers to both schools and education offices and other Birmingham City Council
Directorates.
Citistaff can offer a wide variety of work across the city and closely matches the skills and experience of candidates to the specific needs of
clients.
All candidates undergo a thorough recruitment process including a computer test, and all necessary documentation such as references, pre-employment medical checks, UK workers’ eligibility checks and any relevant checks specific to the working environment eg. Criminal Records Bureau where there will be contact with children, are
undertaken.
Citistaff also identifies training needs for its temps and offers training courses for a variety of skills eg. word processing, customer service skills,
CMIS/SIMS.
Placement lengths and pay rates vary.
All temporary workers are entitled to annual leave pro rata to the hours
worked.
