General booking instructions

Year
group - Please ensure you state the
academic year for which you are applying.

Numbers - Bookings are made in groups of 30 or 45 pupils.
If you are unsure of numbers please choose the smaller as you will be charged for the places booked.
You may later increase this number.
Extra places can be booked at a cost of £85.00 per pupil.
If however you book 45 and later take 42, you will be charged for the 3 places not used.
This will enable us to book in other groups to make up numbers if necessary.

Ogwen Cottage - Please ensure you specify a 5 or 6 day course as there is an extra charge for a 6 day course.
