Improving on the minimum induction entitlement

We aim to ensure that all NQTs complete their induction year successfully, make an effective start to their career, and reach their full potential through professional development.

The LEA has worked with Teacher Associations and schools to improve on the minimum induction entitlement through the NQT Guarantee: it represents the value schools and the LEA place on new teachers.
