Model Performance Management Policy
Birmingham has produced a Model Performance Management Policy in full discussion with all major Professional Associations at the local level.

Existing good practice in managing the performance of teachers has been incorporated into this Policy, building on the City’s significant achievements in revising pupils’ standards of attainment.
