Link2ICT (formally Learning and Culture IT within Birmingham City Council) is part of Service Birmingham, an innovative strategic partnership between Birmingham City Council and the Capita Group.

With a clear focus on learning and knowledge for all ages, Link2ICT provide IT solutions and support for Schools, Adult and Youth, Libraries, Museums and Arts.  Through our corporate approach, we deliver joined up solutions for connectivity and contribute to a city wide e-learning and community IT strategy to support a learning city for all.

We are working to develop a coordinated role for schools, libraries, youth centres, adult education centres and museums to be community access points for learning and knowledge, and to harness the opportunities of technology to engage citizens and extend delivery to homes, community locations and groups.
