What the School Set Out To Achieve:

  • Year Group(s) Involved:  Year 12

  • Curriculum Area:  AS Physical Education

  • Perceived Benefits:

    • Enhanced research opportunities

    • Instant conversion of handwritten notes and diagrams into Word

    • Use in all lessons and at home.

    • More time available to use study skills instead of rewriting or typing up notes.

  • Action Research Potential: I  have already submitted my action research objectives, to look at how metacognition can be enhanced through using scaffolding templates. ‘Once the pupils have access to this they will fly’…..quote from schoolkit trainer. I will also be looking to see if the pupils results improve in other subjects.
