	Getting Ready for AAL This document attempts to set out the ICT culture which must be in place within the school before embarking on this project.
	Gift Aid Declaration One of these forms should be completed for each tax paying parent/guardian who are making an initial donation to the Birmingham e-Learning Foundation.
	Deed of Covenant Parents/guardians should also complete this form which will authorise the Birmingham e-Learning Foundation to claim gift aid on all subsequent donations.
	Standing Order Authority Try to get one of these completed per parent/guardian, i.e. if the parent has more than one child at the school then add up all of the contributions and put them on one standing order authority.
	AUTHORISATION TO DEDUCT - Payroll Give Agreement The application form for payroll giving linked to Tim's Appeal. Simply download, complete and return it to your payroll department.
