This web site provides support and advice on all
aspects of schools management and administration,
including advice on procedures and legal issues.
This service is intended primarily for headteachers,
governing bodies and their clerks.
When dealing with your queries, staff may involve
colleagues from other areas of the Education Service
and external agencies, to ensure full support and a
comprehensive service.
Governor Training and Support is available to
advise on all issues relating to school governance,
clerking governing body meetings and the training
opportunities available. More information about

can speak personally to the
