The DCSF has produced National Quality Standards relating to provision for the gifted and talented. These include Institutional Quality Standards, Classroom Quality Standards and Local Authority Standards These can be downloaded from the G&T Wise web site.

Much of the monitoring and evaluation relating to G&T can be carried out according to the systems already in place in each school. For example, any audit of Teaching and Learning should include a reference to provision for the gifted and talented.
