Competition Time!
The Competition Time! page
of the first Year of Europe newsletter gave four
questions each in a different language, as shown
below. Translate and answer each question.
Add together the four numbers you come up with.
Then
see how many different languages you can translate the
wording of the number into. For example, if
your answer is ‘sixty-three’ how would it be written
in French, German, Punjabi etc. The person with
the correct answer listed in the most languages will be
the winner.
There
will be a small prize for each of the following age
categories:
