	Numeracy Programme
	Calculation at Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 Problem Solving at Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 Calculation at Key Stage 2 Problem Solving at Key Stage 2 One-day courses for all Foundation Stage/Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 teachers early in their careers wishing to develop and extend their numeracy teaching.
	Effective ICT in teaching and learning A three-day programme to develop interactive learning opportunities using ICT.
	Extended Programme for 2nd Year Teachers The BASS Extended Programme is an all-inclusive package that has been devised to support teachers in their second year. Four days and a twilight session over a year.
	Teaching Children with SEN and Disabilities A three-day course starting in February 2007, to improve new teachers' knowledge and understanding of SEN and disability and to develop their practice in their own classrooms, working with specialists from the Targeted and Inclusion Support Services.
	Black and Asian Teachers Group This network is particularly for black and Asian colleagues in the early part of their career.
Accreditation
	Birmingham CPD Pathways BASS has a partnership arrangement with UCE to accredit the work of NQTs on the extended primary and secondary courses towards Masters level programmes.
