Staff Suggestion Scheme
Direct
Suggestions is a staff suggestion scheme designed to
meet Direct Services' needs in terms of corporate and
business objectives.
The
aims of Direct Suggestions are:

improve the effectiveness of the organisation, and of
the individuals within it.

To show a commitment to supporting the development of
employees, by giving them the opportunity to develop
and implement their initiative and ability to solve
problems.

To encourage employees to make an effort to improve their
own performance and that of others.

To show employees that their contributions to the
organisation are appreciated.

show stakeholders that Direct Services Division is
committed to Equal Opportunities.
All employees will have equal access to the
scheme.

To encourage employees to understand the aims and
objectives of the organisation, by offering them a
means of affecting the way in which aims and
objectives are achieved.

the aims and objectives of the organisation.
