Comments, Compliments and Complaints

"Your Views are Good News"

Direct Services has replaced it's original Comments, Compliments and Complaints Scheme with the city council wide scheme "Your Views are Good News" that has been implemented to improve service user contact with the city council.

If you wish your voice to be heard with regard to any aspect of service delivered by this organisation or the city council generally the most effective documented route is the Comments, Compliments and Complaints scheme.

If an aspect of service gives you great satisfaction, let us know. Compliments are few and far between – and for that reason we now publish the names of staff who attract compliments through good service in an internal ‘hall of fame’.  After all, it is good to know that what you do is appreciated.

If an aspect of service is not quite to your liking or something is worthy of a comment, let us know and we will try to accommodate your ideas.

If we are doing something badly, and we don’t know about it, how can we put it right?  Let us know via this route and our formal system will swing into operation, assuring you of attention and response within fixed timescales.
