INTERPERSONAL SKILLS with adults in the learning environment
Provision  
Curriculum Differentiation / adaptation linked to specific IBP / IEP targets for the development of appropriate interpersonal skills with adults.
Staffing Staff collect relevant information about their concerns relating to student’s individual needs. Staff responsive to environmental issues and able to provide interventions linked to IBP/IEP targets.
Resources Minor material adaptations linked to individual targets.
Environment
and Facilities
Half-termly audit of learning environment to consider interventions to promote appropriate interpersonal skills with adults.
Assessment  
When in the large group is learning to increase the occasional times that he/she seeks appropriate levels of attention from the adult and/or responds to instructions.
