Provision  
Curriculum In class differentiation including changes to the length and order of activities to facilitate maintaining attention. 
Staffing Staff skilled in adjusting the pace and order of activities in order to maintain attention. Support available from Behaviour Co-ordinator.
Resources Guidelines to staff on differentiating teaching and learning to enhance variable or rigid attention. Behavioural environment checklist to identify factors within the teaching environment influencing concentration.
Environment
and Facilities
Environmental audit to identify need and promote ‘good practice’.
Assessment  
Maintains attention on the required activity with verbal prompts for most of the expected time. Usually re-engages with the task when verbally prompted.
