and administration functions are run by efficient and friendly staff who will put all visitors
and telephone callers in contact with the appropriate officer to
deal with their query.
They
will also:

Book
committee rooms and arrange refreshments as required

offer
administrative support to the strategic arm of the Division
for arranging printing, ordering stationery, furniture and
equipment
|
 |
compile
the Department’s Service and Telephone Directories. |
