An updated list is available of all schools where asbestos surveys have been undertaken. Asbestos sampling reports currently held by Urban Design are also available. Further advice on the management of asbestos is also available here.

Property Planning Sessions
This is an opportunity for those in school who manage the buildings to discuss one-to-one with a colleague from Asset Management, any premises issues. As slots are limited if this is a particular priority for you, please e-mail edassetmgt@birmingham.gov.uk or telephone your Area Team Manager (303 8847) who will be pleased to give you a priority booking.

Business Rates Alterations
It is important to send any forms received bearing the Valuation Office logo without delay to the following address.

Failure to do so can result in the Council losing thousands of pounds by missing the time limit for appeal against an excessive rateable value of the property - the cost of which will fall on the budget for the centre/property.
