	Accommodation A synopsis of the work of the Accommodation Team will appear here shortly.
	AMP/IT Development Responsible for the development of Asset Management Plan strategy and process including data capture, updating, benchmarking tools software applications and web site development. For more information please visit our Asset Management Plans pages.
	Area Teams Responsible for providing detailed advice and guidance to all schools and other educational establishments on property issues including Repair & Maintenance, Improvements, School-led scheme approval, leasing and apportionment.
	Building Schools for the Future Responsible for co-ordinating and delivering the proposed Local Education Partnership model for the BSF Programme.

	Planning The key role of the Planning Unit is to balance the supply and demand for places. This involves reviewing the capacity of schools especially in the light of surplus places (i.e. the supply) and the demography of Birmingham in terms of forecasts and projections (i.e. the demand).
	PPP A synopsis of the work of PPP will appear here shortly.
	Telephony Birmingham Council has a contract with Telewest for the provision of its City wide 303 and 464 telephone network to Central Admin Buildings and offices. The opportunity is available for the vast majority of Birmingham Schools to join this network. The significant advantage for subscribers is that calls to others on the same network are FREE.
