Local Networks exist for Birmingham schools to develop and strengthen the partnership and to ensure that Schools and Colleges have the opportunity to share good practice. These are based on the networks first used by Excellence in Cities, but now include FE colleges and Universities. They are a practical way to tailor courses and activities to the needs of the young people of the six areas of the city.
